Spring has finally sprung and we are off to a great start here at MGA Links. The golf course is greening up nicely and Chris is doing a great job.
The junior program is off and running, as we have started the Monday Night Junior League and the Saturday morning clinics are also underway. This year we will be posting all Junior Tournament results on the web site so be sure to look for your name through out the season.
We will be getting some new clothing lines in the Pro Shop, as well as some new equipment for all players. If there is something that you would like that we do not have in stock, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your needs.
May will have a few more Leagues starting up; the Tuesday Night Ladies League will be starting up May 2nd. Each week 9 holes will be closed every Tuesday for a 5:30 p.m. shotgun start for the Ladies. We will also have the Wednesday Night Ladies League which will also have a shotgun start on the front or the back 9, and they will begin play at 5:00 p.m.
The Monday Night Junior League has had a great turn out so far and we hope to see all of you here by 4 p.m. to register. This way we can get the teams set up and out on the golf course by 4:30 p.m., for a shotgun start.
The monthly METRO scramble will be held on Friday May 19th. This will be a 9 a.m. shotgun start. Sign up in the Pro Shop any time this month.
